How to Return an Item
Initiate Return Request
Log into your account and navigate to Orders. Select the order and click 'Request Return' to start the process.
Await Authorization
Our team reviews your request within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an RMA number and return shipping label via email.
Pack & Ship
Pack items securely in original packaging with RMA number visible. Drop off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once received and inspected, refunds process within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

- Inspection: 1-2 business days after receipt
- Processing: 3-5 business days
- Bank processing: 2-5 additional days
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Store credit is available upon request and processes instantly.
For NET terms accounts, refunds are applied as credits to your account balance.
Important Notice
*Free return shipping applies only to returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damage). For buyer's remorse or change of mind, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
All returns are subject to inspection. Items not meeting return criteria may be rejected and returned to sender at customer's expense.
